I find it useful that I have something to utilize to meet challenges with my I.O. That’s the Incarnation Objective Destiny reading for those of you that are not familiar with that.) I had a really challenging experience yesterday. And if I had not had these teachings, I would be in big trouble mentally and emotionally with a neighbor who has been extremely abusive. I'm so glad for these community meditation classes and teachings. I was able to rise above the challenge using these teachings.
